1. Think of a fun activity you want to do with people
What is something you would enjoy doing with other people?
- A walk in a particular park?
- A sport that you’d enjoy playing?
- A creative activity you’d want collaboration on?
- Maybe a meal at a specific restaurant?
- Want more ideas? Browse Towner’s Intos.
Once you think of something. Start the think through the details: Where? When? Etc.
2. Plan out your activity, then post in on Towner
On Towner, posting a Plan involves picking an Into, Time, Location, then entering some basic details.
But it all starts with a fun idea:
- Into – what’s the activity?
- When – when might you/others be available?
- Location – where could you do this activity?
Before posting a Plan, here are a few things to consider:
- Are there Discoverable users on Towner who also follow this Into?
- Do you have a friend or two who’d be up for participating in your Plan?
Towner recommends at least 3 people per Plan, so bringing at least one friend might make for a better overall experience.
It’s at this point, that you’d need to sign-up.
3. Meet at least 1 new person through Towner
